Welcome to HotelGuide.Networks' directory of hotels and hotel reviews for Baltimore, Maryland!

Baltimore weighs in as a hot spot for shopping, from the latest rages and classic favorites to antiquities. Founded in 1700, Fells Point's cobblestone streets are lined with quaint shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants, with the Fells Point Antique Dealers Association representing more than 40 neighborhood dealers. Federal Hill's Antique Center houses 30-plus shops selling exquisite paintings, clocks, collectibles, and fine porcelain, and Antique Warehouse at 1300, Baltimore's largest antique center, has 35 independent dealers offering crystal, silver, estate jewelry, and more. Lexington Market, America's oldest municipal market, provides lunchtime ambiance with more than 140 merchants selling crab cakes to mideast fare. Near Fells Point is Canton, Baltimore's "hottest, newest old" neighborhood, where the former American Can Manufacturing Plant brims with shops and restaurants. Harborplace and The Gallery at Harborplace in the Inner Harbor feature 150 shops, 40 eateries including a dozen-plus full service restaurants, and live outdoor waterfront entertainment.

Just outside the city are malls and outlets, including White Marsh Mall, Maryland's fourth largest shopping center with Macy's, and with Boscov's opening in fall 2006, easily accessed from I-95 from north or south. Towson Town Center, Baltimore's premier shopping destination, features Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Hecht's, and some 200 smaller retailers. The Mall in Columbia, on Patuxent Parkway, has Lord & Taylor and Hecht's. As the dominant regional mall for Baltimore's northwest region, Owings Mills Mall houses Macy's, Hecht's, JCPenney and an AMC 17-screen theater. Anchors at the 120-store Security Square Mall, off the beltway at Exit 17 West, include Burlington Coast Factory and Modell's Sporting Good Store. The enormous Arundel Mills Mall boasts more than 200 stores from the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World to designer outlets. On the eastern shore, Prime Outlet markets name brands at tremendous savings.
